i was wondering does the gsr throttle fit a d series sohc vtec intake manifold. and does it required anything else. or it dont work at all

I know 94-00 not sure about the 92-93's. you can also use a B18B, H22A's CTR all are 60mm or ITR is 62mm. I forgot you may want to port match the mani just because your going from a 56mm to a 60mm. I know it works on a Y8 just to make sure does your T/B ordoes your mani have a funky coolant thingy on it. If its on the manifold I must retact my answer to no because the coolant thing is in the way

not gonna do a whole lot, if you don't have any crazy mods done to the engine, but better throttle response the h22's have 62mm tb's i think.

 

See heard 2 different stories. My friend sold me one he said it was from a H22 and its not 62mm its only 60. It has a tube for the map sensor and also a tube where it goes to the charcoal canistor. Its set up like older teg/b16's. Was told it was a H22a though anybody ever seen a h22 t/b and can verify it for me??

 

I'm using a 91 LS teg tb into my d16y8 intake manifold
