Well H22 OEM pressure plate fit into a Stock F23 manual tranny?
Does any one know with 100% or even 99.5% Certainty if, a Prelude OEM H22 Pressure plate (97+?) will fit a stock F23 (1998+ manual) Accord tranny?
Reason: Early on in my cars life I rompt on the gears hard. Destroyed 3 throw-out bearings. This has finally started to show signs on the pressure plate as I am beginning to wear out the pressure plate. I don't want a clutch pedal feel any harder then stock. However, the added robustness of the H22 pressure plate may be nice. I was planning on using it with a new lighter flywheel and New OEM Accord clutch disc and throw-out bearing. An additional added benefit is that prelude pressure plates OEM cost less then Accord plates OEM, why? I don't know.
Will this work?

H and F series trannies can use the same flywheels and clutches so i'd assume that the pressure plate was interchangable as well. HTH
All aftermarket clutch companies list the same part no.
However, I don't use this to assume then that a Prelude clutch and pressure plate will fit an Accord. Aftermarket has the ability to manufacoture their product for both cars. Not sure honda would specifically do that. It's Possable the prelude plate may not align on an Accord. Clutchmaster offers and OEM replacement plate listing same number for the Accord and Lude?

from experience, it will line up 100%. I've swapped out my clutches several times already and have tried interchanging parts, including the pressure plate, with the h22 parts. they're identical with minor differences in material
