Does fuel injection cleaner or complete fuel system cleaner really work??
I've used STP fuel system cleaner in the past but I stopped over a year ago because I thought it was a waste of money, and wasn't sure if it really did anything.
Anyone have any insight?

actaully ive read on some posts that due to our sick designed honda engines that these abrasive cleaners hurt our injectors, fuel system etc....plus they clean off you pistons from excess carbon build up....yet when the carbon is there it adds compression creating a high compression ratio yeilding in turn more power....thats why some old soch civics pull decent, because of all the carbon build up inside raises the compression so high that they become na mini monsters.
Yes, they help keeping the injectors clean when used at regular intervals. I pour in one bottle every 5000 miles into half tank of gas. Refill gas when the tank is used up. This is specially important if you do a lot of stop and go driving and short trips.
I use this stuff called regane or something, by penzoil i think. I use it every oil change. I guess it works, I get 375 miles a tank
