Default JDM 4 lug or GSR brake conversion

i have a 92 cx and wanted to upgrade my brakes (drums suck after a swap) so i was looking for a gsr one and i came accross a JDM 4 lug brake conversion
what is the difference in size for the disc and caliper
is it worth the the extra money for the JDM 4 lug one or just get a GSR one and call it a day
thanks in advance

same size as rs/ls/gs/gsr brakes
just uses 4x114 wheels instead of 4x100.

if the brakes are the same then go with the 4x100. wheels and brake rotors are more common in this size.
