Which FUEL INJECTOR Cleaner do you use?
Are all Fuel Injector cleaners the same?
My friend tells me that Amsoil is the only way to go. I haven't heard of any others using it though. Most people here on H-T swear by either Redline, Techron or Gumout Regane.
Others here use either BG Products http://www.bgprod.com/ or Duralube.
Which brand is the best? (And) How often do you use it?

Someone from another board said that in his auto class they read a study that said that chevron techron was the only one that actually worked. Thats what I use, probably every 3-5k miles.
yeah chevron is the good stuff, its about 10 bucks a bottle, but its good
There's a guy local that did some test similiar to what the other guy mention. Out of the top ended up being Chevron and Red Line.
In this poll, Techron and Regane get most of the votes. Techron is the clear winner though, at about 2 to 1 over Regane.

i used the Valvoline injector cleaner...Synpower Super Concentrated. Noticed better throttle response, less hesitation from my b16. but maybe it was all in my head.
i'd have to agree with the Techron... as for the question 'do they actually work,' the off the shelf stuff works but not as effective as hooking up the actual injector cleaner to the fuel system and cleaning it that way.
