Default Lowered my car....now lights point to ground....HELP!

Last season I lowered my car with H&R sports and my beam looks like its pointing more towards the ground. Anyway to readjust the lights to make them project level again?

Adjust the headlights with the headlight adjusters.

I don't think stuff like that is even covered before. You use the headlight adjusteres in the engine bay. They're attached to the headlights. if you don't know what to do, read the manual.

Makes you wonder how ppl who don't even know how they adjust their headlights manage to lower their cars.

I'm about to lower my R. Do you guys think I should adjust the levels so that the bubble is at the "optimum" point? or should I just raise them up little by little until I get a good lighted area in front of my car? keep in my I have HID's so I don't want to raise them too high and blind drivers in front of me. thanks in advance for your opinions!!

I never go by the bubble levels, I always measure the height of the headlights and aim the cutoff beam an inch or two lower than that height when they shine on a wall about 25' away. You can also use a laser pointer to help aim the lights if you can't find level ground. See how to do it here, the same method for the S2000 applies to the Integra:

Unfortunately the diagram showing how to perform the procedure doesn't appear to be working, but hopefully you can understand the instructions.
