Right side exhaust....
Well, here it is. Couple people had asked questions about my exhaust a while back. I finally got around to taking pictues of it. I did end up losing my rear sway bar though

you should be sad....u did the exact opposite as me!...hehe
i had a fart can on my ole d15 and no sway bar, b/c of the dx...but i searched for a crx rear sway bar, and all required parts and went to a car shop and got them to put a sideways muff on, and weld my rex bar on....glad i did too. my rear can come out when proked....lots of fun and drives tighter now.
what kind of muffler is that anyway?
btw nice tweety sticker in the back window

. I do miss the sway bar though.... But I'm more into straight line performance anyway.......
what did you use to cut the bumper?
man that looks so sweet!! good job!! that's how they should've made it from the factory. i know people will say 'there's a reason why honda engineers designed the exhaust system that way' but performance wise... the 'straight out the back' style makes more sense than having all those 90 degree bends. IMO.
man you gotta do a write up on how you plugged the left side cut out the way you did. its so damn clean. props!!!!!

i dont think anyone can ever explain why the car designers decided to put the exhaust on the left side and put that nasty bend in it.
i like the idea of what you had going, but for the work and getting that piping in there and losing the swaybar. . .um no the crx for me gets more points for having a swaybar then gaining 1 hp dynod and not having a swaybar. .
but good effort
derek

looks like he cut the ride side out and stuck that piece up in the oem hole on the otherside. a 'transplant' if you will..

what did you use to UNcut the bumper? What did you use to fill in the stock exhaust location in the bumper?
