i been having a little overheating problem on my car.. the fans are not kicking in when the car its on,
if u turn off the car the fans turn on if the car is hot
if the car is hot and the car is off the fans are ON but as soon as u put in the ignition and turn the key the fans cutt offf

Default Re: overheating problem on legend 94 gs (sytema)

Legends are notorious for radiator top tank cracks that = loss of coolant, which = failed head gaskets. Until you can replace the radiator, keep the coolant topped off and bleed off the air (bleeder fitting on coolant crossover/top neck).

As far as fans kicking on: they shouldn't unless the AC is on. According to the 92 service manual.
