Default Adjustable cam sprocket on D16?

Do these do enough to justify the price? Seems like they'd be more usefull on a DOHC engine than a SOHC. I'd like to hear from anyone who has done this and what the results were.
Thanks,
Jim

on a bone stock motor, not really worth it since you'd have to go through the trouble of dyno tuning, etc for just minimal gain. but if you get some bolt ons and other major upgrades such as cam, headwork, high compression bottom end, fuel management, or turbo system. The cam gear is a primary tool in tuning the whole motor.
