Save you $$ and use regular. If it knocks upgrade.

 

unless your comp is over 11.5 then 89 or 91 (regular pump gas) should be sufficient. Contrary to some people think, higher octane doesnt necessarily mean better performance.

 

prob. not essential, but after i got the b16. nothing but 93 octane has gone into it...im nice to her now...

 

no need to run premium unless ur engine pings then upgrade..if you wanna run 87 octane and ur car pings you could retard the timing..id ask some one in a integra forum what they run in thier gsr's..not many people have b17 in ef's

 

I'd run at least 90 octane, Whats the point in going cheap, unless you live in cali where its $9.00 a gal.
