i have this wastegate that has two nipples one opens when compressed the other opens when vacumed. right now i have my charge pipe hooked up to the compression nipple. i dont know if requires both to operate properly

today was my first day of boost and its at 4 but not sure if the wasgate is even opening does anyone have a familiar wastegate with two nipples?

do u have a bike pump? connect it to one of the nipples and test it out.

if u r holding 4psi then it sounds like it is opening.

if i read everything right, the two nipples serve as high and low boost...
if you can get some sort of selenoid switch to go from one nipple to the other, you effectively have a dual stage boost controller
that is if i read the above posts correctly....

 

yeah youre right thats wat i was thinking
its from a ford mustang and i think they use some sort of solenoid to control over boost or something like that ill search the domestic sites
