facing little problems here... help??
hey guys as you know my swap is done but i`m now facing AC problems...
when the car isn`t warmed up yet it`s fine but after like..... 10 minutes the car warms up and if the AC is on the engine shuts up... i turn off AC then start the engine and everything is fine but when i turn back the AC the revolutions comes down and the engine die....
so what could be the problem smart guys???
and if any water hose have something to do with this tell me cause i eliminated almost all the water hoses that run to the t body and to the fast idle thermo valve and so.....
so tell me please i`m burning here with the bad *** sun.

do you have your a/c freon loaded?
verify the pulley is spinning freely on the compressor and also make sure you have a regular idle of +/- 750
my recommendation would be to raise your idle with the a/c on.

Bad compressor pulley.

Can't really do that if the AC kills the motor now can you?

""""my recommendation would be to raise your idle with the a/c on.""""
but if i do that idle would jump higher than 1000 with engine cool... don`t ya think?
and hey doesn`t those sensors have to do with something here???
or water hoses that run to the t body and intake manifold???

when the engine is cold you want the idle at about 1200. at normal temps you want it at about 750.
water hoses have nothing to do with the a/c.
water hoses have nothing to do with the a/c.

Why don't you just throw away that A/C?? why you think we have windows?? Less weight on the car.
i don't remember what tho

[QUOTE]thats not really fixing the problem tho. isn't there something that controls the idle when accessories are turned on?
i don't remember what tho

yeah that should be the fast idle thermo valve isn`t it??
that`s the one that run under the t body i think that`s the one but any one knows.... cause apparently that`s not only the problem the car now is shutting off with the ac on or off...
it`s just when the engine warms up really good. and it`s when i stop the car it idles too low and sometimes shut off.
PS the small idle adjustment screw on the t body is almost on 1500 rpms (car cold)
so i don`t want to take it any higher.
any inputs on this ******* problem??? it`s driving me nuts.
