Default HF to Si swap: Can I reuse these? ( Dizzy,Intake,TB)

As the title states...I'm in the process of acquiring a SOHC non vtec
engine ( JDM or USDM...whatever the local importer has in stock)
longblock and was wondering if I can reuse those items. I already have
the PM6 ecu and the Si tranny ( rebuilding as we speak). Is there anything
that I may be over looking? If so,please point me in the right direction....
I would really hate to waste time/money doing something wrong.

Thanks

Chuck

Yes you can reuse most everything. You probably won't want to use the the TB and intake. They aren't exactly designed for performance. Whatever motor you get should have everything you need to install it.

the hf has a smaller throttle body..probably dont want that..and i would not run the HF exhaust manifold..thats restricts a lot of power

The Hf TB is about as big around as a quarter. Try to find an Si intake and manifold if you can.

Thanks for the insight guys....I definatly was not going to use the exhaust
manifold . I remember a post that someone had about enlarging
TB's..is this even possible or a real time waster. ( i think that may be so)
Also what's an average price for for an intake and TB anyway ( the two
local importers I called both stated that the engine was a longblock and would
need both)?

thanks for the help..any ideas are welcome.
