Wideband O2's in Ion and K Series?
Any truth to the rumor that some new cars are coming equipped with the 5 wire o2 sensor that is used in a lot of the DIY wideband kits? I've heard rumors of it but am not sure on the truth of it.. if so does anyone know what cars exactly? TIA
I know the RSX comes with both L1H1 and L2H2 wideband units.
I've heard the Celica GT-S does.
I wouldn't be surprised to see them everywhere in the next two years. Emissions standards are only increasing, and all the OEMs will hop on the new bandwagon just like they did the regular O2, then heated O2, catalytic converter, PCV, EGR, etc.

You know anywhere I can get them for a cheap price to use with my DIY kit? I just got finished building the kit.. it calls for a L1H1 sensor. would the L2H2 work also? thanks man.. i got the kit from http://www.diy-wb.com..
bump.. anyone? i'm very curious.. i've bee looking for the l1h1 sensor...
http://www.oxygensensor.net has them.. but I don't know much about them as a company.. I've heard other people saying there are no names associated with the site or anything..

Uhm, I may have been incorrect about the GT-S assertion above. The info I was told was that the WRX had them, the GT-S tidbit was just a SWAG.
Techedge says they support the L2H2 sensor, not entirely sure about others.
Sorry, I don't know anything about that company...
