AEM FPR settings

Default AEM FPR settings

so whats the stock fuel pressure on our R's? do i take the reading from the gauge with the vacuum hose connected or disconnected? do i adjust it with the hose off? with the hose connected where should the guage be at..right now its at about 40 or so with the hose connected and 50 with the hose off, should it be at about 40 with the hose off? thanks guys...

So how low would i be able to drop the fuel pressure?i dropped it to stock settings and it straightned up a little, but i dont want to drop it too low..so how low is too low?i just want her to run smooth for about a week while i break her in....
