Default Tuning for increased compression

How would you (in theory) tune for increased compression on an NA motor. If I was to increase compression from 11:1 to 12:1 what would be the basic steps be, i.e. fuel increase, ignition retard?

do u mean if u increased the compression by like having new pistons or thincker head gasket? if u mean how do u tune a car with higher compression it would be to give it more fuel, run a higher octane, advance the timing, ohh and did i say run higher octane.
