Default Possible clogged or melted Cat (Car hesitates and boggs)

Well yesterday my car started acting really crazy. From 1500 rpm all the way to 4500 and sometimes 6000 the car sputters. I cant accelerate for a ****. It hesitates and boggs. Well i tripped the ECu and the CEl blinked once. I assume for code 10, My helms is in storage as i look for a place to live so i have no idea what that means. I drove it to work today and smelt something burning so i look under my car and i didnt see anything.

I also washed my engine bay the day before this started but covered all the nessasary parts. Could i have maybe got a sensor messed up?
What does 1 "blink" of the cel light mean?

1 short blink is 02 sensor.
1 long blink is IAT sensor.

There is a good change you got water in the plug for the IAT since you just washed it.
But either one of those sensors can cause the car to run rich causing sputtering.

my car did the same thing, its your map sensor on the top of your firewall if you have a 92-95. The newer ones are mounted on the back of the TB. $25 go get a used one
