what would i need to get below 14 secs im running a stock uk spec integra type r 99 .

 

yea thats a good time , m,ine went 14.5 stock , get some nce mods and 13's wont be hard
JDm 4/1 and test pipe , vafc will be your best mds
oh yes slikcs will help too

 

Work a little on those 60'...That should help some..I ran that exact same time in my GSR with just an exhaust so I believe that you some room for improvement seeing that u have 25 more HP and an LSD..keep practicing...

 

14.2-14.3 should be your goal....run open header and take the A/C and power steering belts off and you should have no problem hitting these times even easier with a 2.0 60'.

 

my friends ITR has run numerous 14.4's in full stock trim with seats ,and everything still in the trunk
