Like the title says, I'm just looking for how you guys got the motor and stuff to fit. Did you make custom mounts? Can anyone make custom mounts? TIA

Isn't the sr20det equipped cars rear wheel drive. Can somebody confirm this. if that's the case wouldn't you have to change your entire drivetrain? big props if you can do that, but stock sr20det is like 220hp. uhr just get a gsr b18c1 and force feed it. just my .02

Not the SR20DET from the GTiR or Blue Bird motors, they're FWD. B18 is also about $3k, compared to about $2k for an already turbo'd engine with larger displacement. It's been done, I've only heard about Civics with SR20DET's. I haven't met anyone whose done it yet.

Bluebird sr20det's were fwd. Also the sr20 from pulsars could work in fwd applications.

Yea I found a post, but it didn't really cover what had to be done in order for the engine to fit into a Civic or CRX.

I have pics of an EG sedan with a Pulsar GTi-R SR20DET engine - but pics only, I don't have much info on how the swap is performed, etc.. but all you'd need is some custom mounts & possibly custom axles, lots of cutting, and someone who's good with wires (if u want me to post the pics, let me know)

Who would have thought that a civic with sr20 engine would have been riced out....j/k i was actually expecting that...... for the creativity for the riced out look and lack of attention to quality workmanship....

These pics are old, from a couple years back, when the big wings and the BBS rims were the in thing.. also clear tails and altezzas.. veilside bodykits, basically the "american" style as they call it over here..

Not every modified car in thailand looks like this.. only about 30-40% of them look like this the rest are done up nicely, with lots of JDM sparkle
