b16 obd0 and 0bd1 question

Default b16 obd0 and 0bd1 question

i'm getting a b16 for my crx, and i've already converted my car to obd1. will a obd1 b16 distributor fit the sir1 b16? if not what obd1 dist will fit it? any other probs i'll run into trying to put the obd0 motor into a obd1 car?

yea it will fit...bolt right up... the sir II dizzy has grey connectors the Sir I dizzy has an off white color connectors on the dizzy...

Yes it will bolt up. But your going to need a lot more then just the dizzy to convert the OBD1

You can run your OBD0 injectors just as long you are still using the injector resistor box. Otherwise you just need to re-pin your ECU (or get the harness from Jason-90BlownHatch on H-T)

Wire Vtec, vtec oil pressure, knock, and 4-wire O2.

You will also need to convert and repin the 2 plugs on your distributor.

no need to repin, or run resistor box...i'm already obd1. i just didn't wanna have to buy a sir2 long block, and a seperate tranny. just wanted to know it the dizzy would fit...i already know everything else that needs to be done...thanks for the info

yea the dizzy will bolt right up....
i originally had the obd1 dizzy and swapped it out for the non obd or obd0 dizzy..all 3 legs bolted right up.
