I made my own set following ragejed's methods... they are thicker than stock but that makes the taillights stick out slightly. I used 2 layers of 3mm foam for a 6mm gasket, which may be too thick, but hey it stopped my trunk leaking.

All I found was this in your archived threads: fixing water in tailights

without that gasket, water will enter the light housing (if alot, short out and corode the lights). You will get water in the trunk area, causing mold, mildew and a NASTY smell if left for any amount of time.
Not to mention the windows will always be all fogged up and harder to clear due to all the moisture in the cabin.

Yeah my rear glass always got fogged up really bad on the inside, plus I had small puddles in the trunk, causing corrosion on all my jack tools, jack, etc.
Made new gaskets and all is well.
Only problem with mine is I couldn't find any foam stuff longer than 18" (Integra taillight gaskets are about 20" long), so I had to splice two pieces end to end (the splice on each layer of foam is offset from each other so it becomes like a solid piece).

My tail lights were fogged up but I fixed it w/out changing the gasket. I just removed the light assembly, dried it with a hair dryer and put a dab of gasket maker into the one hole on the top toward the rear quater panel side of the car. Fixed the problem and been water free for about a year.

Its hard to find the material. I had to find a wholesale company to sell me in bulk, wasent easy.
yeah, i ordered mine ragejed. they work great, but yeah the taillight does stick out a bit, but hey thats better than the nice pool that my trunk used to have.
