As the topic says. Searched, couldn't find anything. Also, both kits will fit a 2000 Si without any major modifications?

I would go with the 2c, it has better wastegate, bigger intercooler, and bigger turbo, you can get a a.c. compatible manifold,the better components, should allow you to make more power at lower boost level's.gives you the option if you wanted to turn the boost up, with right fuel, and engine management to make good power.
