engine work on a 94 Del Sol Vtec
Hey, i got a 94 Del Sol Vtec with about 89k on it.
if i had the engine worked on (port and polish, and milling the head a wee-bit.. possibly some higher end pistons..)
how much gain could i expect and what would it cost roughly

I would say start off with Intake, Headers and Exhaust, and also a Type R or Skunk2 Intake Manifold.... Even if you get some head work and pistons it will help out to have those mods as well...
