90-93 teg axle, dust seal removal?
""We will start with the Bottom intermediate shaft first, because it is the most common. It comes on most of the B16As and and all US 90-93 Integras. 95% of the time, the proper axle for this is the 90-93 Integra axles. For a good fit, the axles and car will have to be modified by removing the spacer in the hub and removing the dust seal on the outer joint. See the illustrations below.""

From that pic it looks like its already gone. It sits right on that first lip of the hub if you go from the nut to the shaft.

what u are pointing at with the screw driver is the axel boot clip.. if u take that off the axel boot comes off
The dust seal is on the actualy hub it self. its a round disk that just pull off

(if your looking at the comp screen)
ok so i only have to worry about the spacer thing on the hub then... i was going by what this hasport said about the dust seal being on the axle... but i don't see any dust seal so either i am totally retarded(good chance) or the dust seal on the axle is already off...

Your dust seal would be where the yellow arrow is, yours is gone.. the whole perpouse in removing the dust seal, is half on how it seats in the hub, and to allow it to sit deaper, which would alow the axle to stretch instead of being collapsed, and thats notorious on lowered cars, "binding axles" acting liek they are too long..

oh yeah, that clip you got on the screwdriver, its the tywrap for the CV boot.. don't take that off, it stays on.. you take that off, and its like busting your axel boot, you'll get grease everywhere, and just make a mess.. leave it alone.
BTW the best way to get the best fitment on b16 swaps in ed's is to take a 87-89 integra outa hub and put it on the 90-93 inner hub. with the axle shaft from either axle. the reason being is the 87-89 integra hubs are smaller in length, therefore the dust sheild can stay there.
wow im a grave digger, my buddy linked me to this, and i had to post it up so peeps could get perfect fitment. hasport sells these axles i think.
