Default Soft springs or loose sway bar?

I'm trying to figure out what causes all the sway in my car. My guess is that I have soft springs... The sway isn't really a problem except that the suspension compresses quite a bit where i start rubbing the tyres.

I have koni yellows and intrax springs (basic street springs).

any other ideas? Would stiff springs help fix the sway? I'm looking specifically at the rear wheel and the rear bumper on the left side compared to the right side.

i take it you are on race tires. so with the grip that they make that may be too much for off the shelf springs. esp with them being lowering springs, but not race orented they probably arent that stiff.

At a given weight, higher spring rates will compress less distance than lower spring rates. Problem solved

stiffer springs

or play with some progressive bumpstops in the rear if you don't want to change your suspension.
