Default relible b20 vtec swap?

Every one ive talked too say they havent had a relible b20 vtec swap. I wana run eather my gsr block or my b20 block, i was going to sleeve it and put rods and pistons in it and then like 100 shot of nitrous. But im hearing alot of people are going from gsr or b16 bottom ends to b20 for displacment reasons or something like that, but with such a bigger displacment doesnt that mean you cant go into the high revs as much as say the b16 or gsr ?, Because of the stroke diffrence so my basic questions are the b20 vtec swaps good ? is it relible? and what would you do if you had both options? i only drive the car 2 times a week not far eather mostly to race lol but im really conserend because i cant find any one saying its just a good swap so lets here your input

thanks in advance

Its good for power, but will never be as reliable as a Honda built engine.

To be safe I'd resleeve a GSR block to 84mm.

i have had no problems with mine. 6 months to date. however everyone is correct. i wish i would have started with a GSR or type R block. the only real problem with the B20s is the fact that they MUST be build to really do anything.
