I saw those type of things years ago. It caused people to play with the alarm more than anything else. I liked the Dragon car alarm that fills the cockpit with smoke when triggered, if a theif can't see anything, he can't steal anything. The only downside was that the fire dept. might hose down your interior.

Thats basically the DEI 516L programmable voise system.
This is really old news ( but its being discovered by a new
generation ). Its about 10-13 years old now...this as
well as the INVISABEAM alarm systems used a
voice to shout alerts...Problem was as humans
we really don't like cars talking back to us.

Be warned...it can cause you more harm than good.
