I think this car was on ebay a few months ago. Maybe from somewhere in Illinois or Chicago area? I seem to recall looking at it as a racecar prospect but the engine swap stuff took it out of the question. From the pics I recall that it looked like a usable shell although being stripped already meant at that price it wasn't a great or bad deal. For the right person who is ready to do a project it seems okay but if you want more car, better deals can be found with time although this is abouyt *** cheap as cars come. If you want it for the street and need an interior for it, you'd better have another whole car or it will be expensive. If you want a racecar, the work is already started.
thanks for the info, i want it to be a street car with some autox, heres the pics https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=409563
hahaha a street car? thats gonna take a long *** time to make a street car.. especially to pass inspection. better off keeping that as a TRACK ONLY car. ha when i look like that i got a headache just thinking where to start and fix it, but damn. i dont think its worth my time if i was in this situation, unless i had a full dx/hf parts car to switch them to the Si shell but still.
Doesn't sound too bad for $400 minus the time and extra parts needed to get it back up and running. If you are looking for the hood, fenders, bumper I have them in yellow..

I would look around!
I've seen many efs much cheaper, I mean looking at the car, there is a CONSIDERABLE!! amount of money needed to be put in that car.
I say to look around, I got my ef hatch with 160k complete and running for 500
You cna do better just be patient and the car will around.
If it was me I would say you are jumping the gun, I mean just to get it running would be so much

i didnt think it would cost that much to get it running , i was gonna drop in a b16 w/lsd tranny, del sol seats, rota wheels with azenis prob, not sure what else, i also like it cause it already has the mounts welded in, anyone know where i can get anything else around 4-500?
Damn thats a headache waiting to happen. The welded mounts suck..Id rather just have some hasport mounts..If he didnt weld them in perfect...the engine may not sit straight which mean youd wear parts like cv's bearings etc prematurely...id just find a dx/hf if your gonna swap and switch to del slo seats..imo the Si seats are way better than the flat del sol seats..id just spend like $1000 and buy a clean running car to start with
thats the one in the NOVA area right... it looks pretty clean i was gonna buy it but when i was looking at it he wanted 600 and it had the hood and fenders then... give him 350.

I wouldn't even mess with it since it has welded mounts.. Too much trouble.

what all do you need to make it pass inspection??
-working lights and blinkers
-seatbelts
-working brakes
??

Doesn't have to pass inspection if you're gunna track it. though some dough would probably make it pass inspection quickly.
