Oil Leaking out of my engine, help please...
i apologize in advance if this is a dumb question
When I first bought my car, I looked under the hood after driving it home from the dealership, it was a brand new 2000 integra ls. It looked like very slight amounts of oil had spilled out from where the ignition wires connect to the top of the engine cylinders. I really didn't have any knowledge of cars back then whatsoever, I still am pretty raw, so I thought maybe they put a bit too much oil, or the person connecting the wires to the engine when the car was assembled had dirty gloves on. So anyway, 3 years later I've noticed there's oil leaking out, where the crank gas hose connects to the engine... you know where people put the crank gas filters that don't really do anything? slight amounts of oil are coming out of there.... leaking onto my valve cover. the hose is connected and sealed tightly.... is there something wrong w/ my car? i've noticed bad gas mielage, but i deliver chinese food, all city driving, so i don't think it's that.....
should i worry about this, or is this normal
