Default Reground camshaft/valvesprings

I have a cam out of a 92 accord EX that i'm sending out to be reground, along with a throttlebody for overboring, and some new valvesprings. Who here has any of these??? What comapany?? How do you rate it?? Power gains??? I've been comparing specs, and surprising Gude seems to have the best specs from what i've seen. Well tell me what you guys think. I want to get this cam done before spring. Oh, and did any of you need to use lashcaps with your regrind?? or was there enough threads there to properly adjust valvelash??? Thanks Adam

Do a search on GUDE. I bought their throttle body, and they screwed that up. The shop had to re-adjust the TPS and reposition the throttle cam discs. Based on my initial experience with them, I decided to get my cam from WEB and have Port Flow do the work on my head. Port Flow is replacing the stock valvetrain with Ferrea springs, retainers and locators. I'll let you know how everything turns out when I get the head back; it should be a couple more weeks.
