Alright guys.... On friday as I got out of work it started to rain. As I got home there was a big deep puddle in the parkinglot so i slowly went through. Then some Guy in a off-road truck went through it as I was clearing it and splash alot of water to my CAI... Any tips on how to fix this or am i screwed!?!?!

drain the oil.. see if there is water in the oil. if there is water... it should look like coffee... add new oil... if it still dont start... then it might be the starter... if all that doesnt work.. take it to a mechanic... cus it definetly is something internal.. and will have to have your motor rebuilt...
take the sparkplugs out and try and crank the engine over if you think it is hydrolocked. if water is in the cylinders then it will just spray out the plug holes. if that is the problem you should still look over your engine and make sure nothing is damaged.

what rods are you looking at? i doubt that you hydrolocked, just a little splash of water on the intake? how did he splash water on it? did you have your bumper off or something? cuz he woulda splashed water on your bumper. maybe you got your ignition components wet.

well besides being hydrolocked, check your dizzy, that happened to me on my 97 civic ex, i had just gotten, had it like 2 days, stock everything, stock intake, there was a huge rain storm, went thru a big pond of water, the car died, it wouldn't start and was throwing a code, but i took the dizzy off, took it apart and there was about a tablespoon of water in it. Cleaned it, dried everything off, started right up.
You say that when you pulled the spark plugs you got water out of 2 cylinders. Was there air being pushed out of the other cylinders? Do a compression test and if that is good, get the car running and change the oil a couple times.
If it will not run, you may have a spark problem.
If you do not have compression in all cylinders, then verify all the pistons are moving when the car is turned over.
Good luck
