Is anyone sure of the release date for their EP3 catback? I've been wanting some that looks fairly stock and I think this is gonna be the one, though the price on Borla products if usually pretty steep.

but i would recomend this


spray it high heat flat black and get the 02 si OEM tips welded on

sleeper and aftermarket at the same time

i am probably going to go this route
i am not big on the 5" muffler styles anymore

Is it just a muffler? And how does it sound? I like the Borla because its understated until WOT. I don't want to run around sounding like bumble bee

 

depending on the cat piping combo

sounds nice
i dont like load buzzing or deep growl i like mid range but i care more about HUGE exhaust can's and tips than sound

i want. . .stock looking. . remotely functional. . . . and different

 

Get rid of the oem B-pipe. The oem muffler actually flows pretty well.

Just get a 2.25 b-pipe with no resonators in it. Your car will sound a lot throater without being loud and will flow a lot better. The oem muffler is the same muffler they use on the CTR in japan and it allows 200+ hp.

 

I thought I had read somewhere that it was the same setup. Thanks for the heads up.

Now can someone tell me what the stock pipe diameter is on the Si? How does the intake manifold differ between the Si/CTR/RSX Type S? What is the throttle body bore differences between these cars?
