Default H22a EG Civic: Ground Control Coil overs;; Spring Rate...

I am ready to purchase the coilovers... I need to know what spring rate to choose. I have bottomed out before in that past, damaging my vehicle so I figure If I can adjust the height that should help. I also want the car to handle as tight as possible...I have the integra spind;es and subframe and the nuespeed strut tower braces... knowing all of this what spring rate should I choose?
Thanx...

i'm running 500 in front and 400 in the rear on my ek hatch, the ride is much smoother on the freeway compare to the civic springs with my old d16.

I am very interested in this, as I'm about to purchase some coilovers. I was toying with the idea of straight Neuspeed springs and some Koni yellows, but now I may spend the extra $$ and get GC. 500 front 400 rear? that's a good H22EK setup to go with?
