i was wondering on which tires i should get
which do you all think is better in your opinion
yokohama A032R's or falken azenis

 

for what purpous?

the advans are a better tire but they don't last anywhere near as long as the falkens.

 

i'm in the process of gettin a h22 powered eg hatch and was gonna turbo it
i know a guy that had the a032r's on his camaro ss and he said they only lasted like 5k miles

 

still didn't answer my question.

will this car be a daily driver? track only? little of both?

don't know about the azenis
i have the parada spec 2's on my si and they suck in the rain

 

well i'll tell you this much about azenis, it was pooring hard and i was going below speed limit. I almost hydro planned a few times, went straight home. didn't need to take a chance, don't know how the advans are. don't get me wrong, i love the azenis and i will get them again, just scary in the rain.

 

yokohama es100. heard good things about them and they last longer than azenis.

the Azenis s come in a ST115 version and really rides well in the rain..be honest though..u don t want to be driving in the fast lane in the rain anyway

 

yeah i don't even like driving in the rain at all
never drove the si in the snow so i don't even wanna imagine that

just looking for a really sticky tire on dry and might see a lil rain now and then

my parada's grab pretty good

I recently orderd some Kumho 712 (for the street) and Azenis (for the track) because I was tired of replacing the expensive Bridgestone Potenza RE730's. Those RE730's are awesome tires to say the least, did great for a searson of autocross and daily use. Now, I just don't need that good for everyday use since I'll throw the Azenis on when I'm at the track.

 

falken azenis = crazy scarey in standing water on road.....

but when it is dry =

 

bridgstone potenza re950 is what i had on my 00si and i loved them
