Come on guys some of you with S and Si models must need an H22a1 swap. You can't get all thats included for much cheaper. I'll throw in a bottle of Jose Cuervo if you buy it

not to try to mess up a possibly sale, but I really dont think this is ideal if you have a 90 si, since you will have to custom fit just about any parts you want to use.

It is a bitch of a swap, but it's a good deal for someone wishing to do a 3rd gen H22a swap. If that was my plan, I'd be considering buying this right now.

Why respond to this 93accordEX? Who cares what he's looking to do with his car. If he's interested, he's interested.

Lude Behavior:
Don't you have the blue Prelude with the yellow stockers? If I'm remembering right, this is Ryan from the hondaprelude.com meet in Milan over the summer. I think this is you on the far left:

because you said its perfect for s and si owners, but its obviously not as perfect for a 3rd gen owner. I mean he could still use the engine and other various parts and then sell the rest and it would still be a killer deal, but I just wanted to point out that not everything is just going to bolt on to his car.

Perfect for an S or Si 4th gen owner. It's a 4th gen car, I know 4th gens, but not much about 3rds. People do this swap and enjoy them. The car is mainly a parts car for a 4th gen owner, but if someone wants the motor for a 3rd and would rather part the rest out then fine.

Don't come on here ruining the post though. Thanks.

Yo what's up I'm interested in the motor, Tranny, axles, Distributor, starter, alternator etc. I thought you said you don't want to part out the car but I live in the NYC area and it would be easier for me to get just the motor shipped here. So I'll leave it like this I have to work out a plan and do more research about the swap, but I'll keep you posted. Thanks

Sssssh!!!! Don't let people on this site see the rims mang!!! LOL Yeah that was me. I'm ditching the yellow crap this summer and putting some new wheels and powdercoating underhood on it. I found a place in Detroit that has both matte finish powdercoats and they can make a finish that looks like anodized colors. I may find a rim to do a blue center on it and then powdercoat my valve covers to match.

How have you been doing? Class is kicking my *** this semester, one more left though. How is the trans program going for you? I HOPE to be back in Detroit this summer interning for DuPont or Sundberg and Ferrar. Tim (Soumi) and I would like to get another meet or two running this summer. Check out http://www.honda-prelude.com He sort of "co-founded" that one with a guy from Kzoo.

Man, the this semester is kicking my ars too. Pretty much every week since about 3 months ago, I've been pulling at least 2-3 all-nighters a week just to get my stuff done. Its a killer. As far as a meet goes, I'd love to come up but unfortunately it won't be in another Prelude . I ended up buying an 03 Si for dirt cheap and I'm planning on having a decent track car by the summer, so if you guys don't mind me hanging around in my lowly civic then I'll definetely be there! I've got a bunch of video from that meet including a couple of your passes, that I'd really like to put together sometime soon if you guys are interested. If you know anyone interested in my car please spread the word. You are one person on here that I know has seen how clean she was so it might help if you gave me a little testimonial I'll check out the new honda-prelude.com site asap. Good luck on the internships!!

Yeah, Im actually really enjoying the Si right now. I'm looking for a relatively cheap K20a2 to install since the K20a3 is going for about $3500. As for the 4wd thing... haha.... I'm waiting for the Prelude to sell so I can get some Tein coilovers, so BUY THE CAR so I don't have to roll around 4wd style!!

That's cool, I can't say I'm a big fan of the looks of the new Si, but it's growing on me. Glad to hear you got a good deal on it. Yeah, I think it would be cool if we can get everyone together again and try and get some real participation in a prelude group. Chicago has a pretty close group of prelude people that do a bunch of stuff, but I can't be driving 3 hours to there all the time for stuff. I know Tim had some video too, maybe the two of you could combine the stuff together or something to be able to show off at the next meet we do.
