need some suspension help quick
well right now i am in the middle of putting my sportlines on.. i just put the front ones on, and now i cant get the back LCA bolt off. i got the nut off but the bolt just wont go through.. i hit it with a hamer lightly and it just wont move i can turn the bolt but i cant get it to come out... any help would be great!
if you jack up the drum part of the rear brake a little you can releave some pressure on the bolts. You then might be able to slide the bolt out easier.
did you try the chisel technique? get under there and stick a screwdriver through and hit the other end with a hammer that or take a open ended bar and pry it.
tried that didnt work... i used a little propane flame thing and heated it up too used s shitload of spray to losen it up.. its just not budging
well my final decision was to just screw it and go at it with a hacksaw.. form that i found out the reason it wasent moving was because the bushing were rotted completely into the LCA.. now i need new bushings.. and new bolts. anyone know if i can just put those bushings in myself?
