I just won a 97 b18b complete throttel body, and sensors on ebay. I was sick of my throtel body sticking (allready cleaned) and I think my throtel position sensor is also bad. Also, it is a upgrade or 2mm over stock 58mm. Will this be a straight bolt on? I assume so. What gasket do I get? 94 del sol vtec? Thanks for the replys in advance. Ryan

 

yes, it will bolt right on. BUT, since its 97 tb it will have a map sensor mounted directly to it, instead of on the firewall. All you need to do is extend your map sensor plug wires so that it reaches the map on your new TB.

 

ok, so on the b16a t-body theres a throtel position sensor on the bottom , and another sensor on the back(what is this), any there will be a third sensor on the b18b? So there is 3 on a b18b, and 2 on a b16a. Is my map sensor the 3 wire plug on the fire wall? I hope you understand. Thanks, Ryan
