Camshaft Question

Which camshaft is better for a daily driven Civic 00 EX?
The Civic Type R (PCT-14111-000) or the Skunk 2 Stage 1?

you can't put a CTR cam in a SOHC

Yeah, you didnt mean the CTR in the d16 did ya? Thats not happening, i think crower and Gude make sohc stuff.
