Default GM sychronmesh?

have anyone used GM sychronmesh fluid in there transmission...how did it feel..is it good?..is it safe?..let meeh know..im having like shifting problems..like not goin in smoothly and all. on my 90 hb tranny..

goto honda buy some honda MTF its a light weight oil basically dont mess with other crap ur tranny maybe shot

Redline MT90 is a good racing blend that helps save the synchros

more then likely your synchros are bad and thats whats causing the problem, i doubt that chaging your tranny fuild help make the problem case existance but it may make it better
