p28 ecu question/problem
Well i bought a chipped p-28 today with obd2-1(skunk2) conv harness. I dont have a b series motor in my car yet so i went to my buddys house to try it out make sure everything is cool. Well i hooked up the ecu turned car on it was throwing a cel. so we decided to pull the code it threw a 10 , iat , i think its intake air temperature. Now im just wondering could the ecu be fucked up? because i know my friends car is running fine its a pretty much stock 98 itr and it doesnt throw a cel on his stock ecu. Could it be the chip? the guy i got it from said it was a xs enginering chip, personally i have never heared of their chips before. any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

first XS never made a b-series chip for the p28. so most likely its something else or SOHC chip.
if the ECU or the chip was FUBAR then you would have a solid LED and the car would only be able to rev to about 3k rpm. I would check the wiring harness before the ECU in this case, as it seems that its more of a problem, then the ecu or the chip.
if the ecu is socketed, then you can simply buy another chip with a program for only $15 (thats what I sell them at, variety of programs)

the ecu isnt socketed and the wiring harness is a skunk 2 i mean what could be wrong with it?
EDIT ECU is sockted my bad.
