Putting mirror back on JDM side mirrors

Default Putting mirror back on JDM side mirrors
I took the mirror off, now I cant get it back on. It is held on by a center ****, and two small white ***** (adjust mirror). I can only get the center **** on. Any insight on how to get it back on. Also, does the USDM mirror give better vision for driver side?

Press hard, very hard. Apply pressure evenly as to not brake the glass.
