PR3 & P30???

can someone tell me what cars or parts these numbers represent.

They are both ecus for B16A motors. PR3's are usually OBD0 (88-91), but there are some OBD1 (92-93) PR3's as well. P30's are OBD1 ecus (92-95).

black/green plug PR3 is a 90-1 type from Integra XSi/RSi (non-obd) 1st gen B16A, they came 5sp-auto.

while grey plug PR3, was found on 92-3 Integra XSi/RSi (OBDI) 2nd gen B16A

P30 was found in 92-00 Civics/Del Sols SiR/VTEC (JDM and USDM) (OBDI-and OBDII)
-small case ECUs were JDM, large case were USDM (only 5spd in US only)
