We have a B18C in a 5th gen Civic (1995) and need a wire harness. I do not have the DX harness, the owner of the car does not know what happened to it. Is a 92-95 EX wire harness plug and play or do I need to do any modifications? A quick reply would be appreciated. Thanks!

 

What year B18C1?

 

Its a JDM 1993 B18C, thats whats stamped on the head

 

It should work. same OBD, and both have VTEC, (which is electrically the same).

 

Thanks, I just didn't want him to spend the money on the harness and not have it work.

 

Yeah it should work no problem. If it would need to be modified it would most likely only require a minor one.

Thanks again, the only thing I think that may be needed to be modified is the knock sensor, but its got to be better than cutting and extending 20 wires.
