Default Hot do you improve a b16's accel or torque?

Hey, im just wondering what you guys would reccomend to improve a b16a1's acceleration or torque, what modifications have worked for you?

b16a + 84mm or 87mm sleeves with some 12.5:1 compression pistons.....

OR

B16a + 87mm sleeves with 9:1 compression pistons and a 60-1/t3 with a 2-step

Either or would do the trick,,, turbo would be the better way of going

re-sleeve/bore, high compression pistons, light-weight rods, cams, I/H/E, pulleys, P&P, flywheel, and clutch, that should get you noticalby faster. there is no replacement for displacement
