i found a crank for sell that has some issues.. had a spun bearing and wear on the counter weights.. i was wondering can somthing like this be rebuilt back to new or would it be alot of hassle and never be as good as just getting one without the problems ? i understand how you could just replace the bearings but how would a machine shop go about fixing the wear ? can they just buy new counter weights for it ? does anyone know how much somthing like this would probably cost ?

it might be able to be micropolished if it wasnt scared bad from the spun rod bearings.....

its a b17 crank thats why im askin if its worth the trouble.

 

take it to a machine shop, they will tell you what your looking to spend to get it fixed if its even fixable
