You do not want to take a B20 to 10,000 rpm.

Yes.
-b16 tranny
Yes.
-type r valvetrain and cams
Yes.
-ctr pistons with eagle rods
Heeeeeeeeell no. First of all CTR pistons are only 81mm (81.25 OS). You need 84mm pistons buddy. Try Wiseco If you plan on building the motor run Probe Ultralite rods. Same price, but lighter. Or get cunningham if you got the $$$. If you wanna run more then 12:1 compression you are gonna have to sleeve the block.
-frankenstein ecu redlining at 10000
Nope. First off all I wouldn't use a chipped ECU. Hondata if you wanna make power. The reason people like chipped ECU's for LS/VTEC and CRVTEC's is becaue they eliminate sensors and codes. Second try reving a CRVTEC to 10grand and see what happens. Muahahhah. I wouldn't take a sleeved one past 9 and that's kinda pushing it. Not to mention the fact that you are running ITR cams. Good luck getting them to make power past 9grand.

- type r intake manifold
Sure.
- fuel reg with type r injectors
Ehhh sure. Maybe RC 270's.

What kind of compression are you looking to run? I'd say maybe 11:1 or so tops with ITR valvetrain. I would do a B20 bottom w/ Probe rods, Wiseco 11ish:1, get a B16 head, port work, ITR valvetrain and Hondata with the rest parts to go with it.

If you do end up w/ CTR pistons, no need for Eagle rods. Just get ITR rods.

Are you kidding me? Please do not tell people incorrect things. Try and put CTR pistons and ITR rods in a B20 block and tell me the results.
