YO! THIS IS JUST A QUESTION.... does anyone have one of those electronic super/turbo chargers that go into the intake? i'm just curious as to whether it works or not... I look up turbo on a search engine and that **** always shows up.

those things are useless. You can find them on E-bay every now and then. They have some vids somewhere on the net of a volkswagon using one and it did minimal gains for the car, VERY MINIMAL. They put one on a porsche and it actually hindered the performance of the car. I highly suggest not wasting your time doing research on one of these. They are as usefull as one of those "Tornado" intake inserts.

those electonic turbo's are fans for boat motors...u can pick up a "electronic turbo at a boat shop for $7...the horse power u get is what u pay for...so dont expect much

Just look at http://www.homemadeturbo.com . They tried one and it didn't work.

i'm not a newbie, i had a nicely hooked up 97 civic three years ago(i still have it, but its totaly stock now, cept for the custom grill), and now i have a 2001 prelude in the works of getting turbo...
i've heard the greddy turbo kit works really well with my car... i heard the electronic super/turbo doesn't work, but honda-tech is a pretty large forum, so i was just inquiring if any of you guys had success, IT WAS PUREY FOR INFORMATION, what you guys said wouldn't have made my decision one way or another... i'm going TURBO FO SHO!
