What all do you need to put this engine in this caR?
DO you need mounts or anything like that?

 

First, there is no 91 CX hatch. But to answer your question, the motor will bolt-in as long as you use your transmission. Just bolt the D16Z6 to your tranny, and use the drivers side motor mount from the old motor. As for the electronic side of the swap, there is multitude of options, which you can find using the search function on this site. Edit-Just saw your sig which says 92 CX, in which case, the Z6 will drop in without changing anything except adding some wires for vtec.

No there are many other models and years that come with VTEC wiring - 92-95 Si/EX/VX, 96-00 EX/HX, 99-00 Si But yes ALL 92 Civic's, not just the hatch have the VTEC wiring embedded into the cabin side harness.
