Default B16B into a '92 Civic VX ... swap questions.

Just some questions I was hoping someone could answer.

1. The VX model has something called a "Devce Control" ... do I need this anymore? I have no idea what this does ... but there is a spot for the wiring harness to plug in. There are also two rubber lines that come out of it.

Here's what I'm talking about:

2. The B16B motor came with no PCV setup ... missing everything. What are my options. I have the pcv system from the Civic VX motor. The stuff below.

3. I was installing the fuel line breather tank, but have no idea where hose #46 goes?

Thanks

Unbolt the top #3 box from the firewall and throw it in the trash, you no longer need it.
