With all this talk about new toys...
I figure i might join the fun (although i am not attending the expo..i wish i could).
Here is my new Moogen baffled oil pan.

I thought about modifying the OE pan and creating some kind of baffle system but didn't feel confident enough. I broke down and spent the big bucks on this well made pan. I am impressed to say the least.
One question though...i was looking through the helms to see where you apply liquid gasket on this pan to insure no leaks. I couldn't find in what places it needs to be applied - only that you should use it. This is my first oil pan installation but how hard could it be? I am not a we-todd-did

What are the advantages of this over OEM?
